Job Title: Servicing Manager

In our fast-paced, customer-centric environment, we are looking for an experienced Servicing Manager to lead and manage internal delivery teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving teams to remediate problems and provide root cause analysis.

About the Role:
This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to take on critical leadership responsibilities during an exciting time for the company. You will oversee daily operations to ensure client satisfaction, work quality, and efficiency. Additionally, you will identify and lead department-level projects to realize corporate goals and strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach direct reports to be effective in client management and people management.
  • Oversee daily operations of each client team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve client experience and drive business growth.
  • Resolve high-impact client issues or new situations by analyzing root cause and identifying key steps.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 1 year as an Assistant Manager.
  • Experience in US Healthcare, US Mortgage, US Insurance, US Process, and International BPO Operation Non-Voice processes.
  • Candidates should have strong leadership skills and be able to build effective team relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and manage for effective performance.
