Job Title:

Senior Hospitality Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene policies.
  • Control ingredient quantities and quality, training staff on receiving area procedures.
  • Maintain records of hygiene-related activities, incidents, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with QMHSE and H&FS teams for policy implementation.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Food Operation:
    • Deliver services according to client agreements.
    • Manage menu recipe rotation for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and special events.
    • Taste food before service begins.
  • Organic Growth and Profitability:
    • Develop and promote service excellence, retail offers, and value-added offers for organic sales growth.
    • Monitor site profitability through timely analysis of reports and provide solutions to discrepancies.
  • Cash and Debtors Management:
    • Accurately control, handover, and deposit cash; maintain specified cash control documents.
    • Raise and deliver invoices to clients as per schedule.
  • People Management and Training:
    • Lead the on-site team including cooks, MPWs, stewards, cashiers, and Stores assistants.
    • Implement HR processes and staff welfare activities.
  • Communication and Client Retention:
    • Stay in close communication with clients regarding services, additional business, new initiatives, and hygiene practices.
    • Ensure 100% client retention.
  • Wastage Control and Cost Management:
    • Record daily leftovers and plan production accordingly.
    • Minimize wastage and recycle excess ingredients for other dishes while maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Legal Compliances:
    • Coordinate with HR, QMHSE, and Legal departments to ensure legal compliances are met and documented.
  • Systems Implementation and Process Management:
    • Implement and follow company systems and processes.
    • Document and display work processes.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management:
    • Monitor daily raw material indents.
