  • A successful event planner is crucial for our company's continued growth and expansion. As the Head of Operations, you will oversee all operational aspects of our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) division in Delhi, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Manage end-to-end operations of MICE events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management. This involves overseeing all operational aspects, from venue selection to event execution.
  • Lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and client relations teams to align operational execution with business goals and objectives.

Negotiation and Risk Management Expertise

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure competitive rates and quality services. This requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Conduct site inspections, assess venues, and ensure all event requirements are met. This involves identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and drive cost optimization. This requires ongoing analysis and assessment of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards during event execution. This involves ensuring that all events meet or exceed regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Client Relationships and Reporting

  • Handle risk management and contingency planning for seamless event delivery. This involves anticipating potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Prepare operational reports and MIS for senior management and clients. This involves analyzing data and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers. This involves effective communication, trust-building, and ongoing relationship management.
