Airport Operations Management

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for synthesizing airport processes and sub-processes to achieve quality, efficiency, and punctuality objectives. They must be capable of managing passenger, baggage's, aircraft, and information in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Compliant with DGCA and BCAS regulations.
  • Aircraft Management: Manages passenger, baggage's, and aircraft in real-time.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Implements Standard Operating Procedures for Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC).
  • Resource Allocation: Resource allocation concept implementation as per seasonal plan.
  • Airport Operations: Airport Operations conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Performance Monitoring: AOCC stakeholder performance monitoring and management.
  • Operational Bottleneck Prevention: Prevention of operational bottlenecks through proactive resource management.
  • Airport Operation Control Centre Operations: Airport Operation Control Centre operations management.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Cross-functional coordination and synchronization of airport processes.
  • Cancelled Flight Procedure: Action on cancelled flight procedures.
  • Coordination with Airport Partners: Optimum levels of coordination with airport partners.
  • Data Entry and Quality Control: Data entry and data quality control for accurate and timely information.
