Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory. You will be working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field is essential, along with a proven track record of success in sales roles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales approaches
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer data, and performance metrics

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Education: MBA (Marketing)
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in distribution sales, preferably in EDC, fintech, or banking/insurance sales
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools
