Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within assigned territories, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a sales team. Additional day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining relationships with clients, and conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, sales strategies, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to conduct market research, analysis, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the personal care and wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance
