Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the fastener industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building strong distributor/retailer networks, and ensuring business growth in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities in OEMs, automotive, construction, industrial, and export markets.
Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Conduct regular market research to track competitor activities, pricing, and emerging trends.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with key customers.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
