Marketing Manager/Sales/BD

We are seeking a business development Head/Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our machined components for aircraft blades. he ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the aerospace industry, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record of driving sale revenues.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote machined components or fasteners for aircraft blades.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and support sales efforts.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Find new customers by identifying potential markets and opportunities.
- Study processes and applications in customers' existing lines to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support the team in developing and promoting special fasteners.
- Suggest suitable products to customers and submit samples for approval.
- Conduct application trials and implement products in customers' existing lines.
- Develop existing customer relationships by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering MBA a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry selling machined components or fasteners for Defence Aerospace.
- Strong understanding of machined components for aircraft blades market.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
