*Job Summary*

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our real estate brokerage sales team. The role involves supervising daily sales operations, managing inbound and outbound client interactions, guiding team members, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive team performance in a supportive, no-pressure work environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

~ Lead, train, and motivate the sales/tele calling team to ensure consistent performance.

~ Oversee inbound and outbound calls made by the team to potential and existing clients.

~ Ensure accurate communication of company projects, services, and offers.

~ Handle escalated client queries and provide effective resolutions.

~ Monitor follow-ups and ensure timely responses to all leads.

~ Maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

~ Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share insights with management.

~ Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smoother processes.

*Qualifications & Skills*

~ Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

~ Experience: 2–5 years in sales, telecalling management, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).

~ Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

~ Ability to handle pressure calmly and maintain a positive work culture.

~ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

~ Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
