Main Responsibilities:- Develop a strong network of franchise partners
- Identify prospective partners and conduct feasibility assessments
- Negotiate agreements and meet sales targets
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans
- Onboard new partners with detailed product training and compliance guidelines
- Provide ongoing support to ensure targets are met
- Gather competitor data, track market developments, and provide feedback insights
- Recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and partner performance reports
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- 2 – 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics
