Business Manager Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to oversee the design and operation of our franchise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing helping partners (Franchise Owners) & their teams in sales and design processes and operational communication.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Funnel Management: Helping partners achieve a higher conversion rate output by providing expert guidance on sales strategies and techniques.
  • Design Projects: Managing the design and delivery of 12-15 projects per month, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Work Output Management: Overseeing the work output of partner and team for 5 stores, including monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Talent Acquisition: Helping partners hire top talent by conducting technical interviews and providing recommendations for selection.
  • Designer Training: Training designers to achieve predictable sales and design output through workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Customer Experience: Providing exceptional customer experience and relationship management services to drive business growth and retention.
  • Market Feedback: Collaborating with category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback and inform business decisions.
  • Project Coordination: Guiding and managing coordination with vendors and business partners through project completion.
