**Job Overview**: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our finance team, driving sustainable growth and exceptional performance.

Our role involves partnering with commercial teams to drive franchise business, supporting contract execution, timely updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This includes ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and billing, following up with partners for payment collection, and monitoring overdue payments.

  • Partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business and liaise with franchise partners to close commercial arrangements.
  • Support AOP delivery on volume, NSV, and pricing.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms.
  • Support partner account management and data validation.

Key skills include proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, detail-oriented process adherence, strong business partnering and collaboration, and exposure to ERP systems.
