Job Description

This role is focused on driving operational excellence and process improvement. An individual in this position will be responsible for executing key business strategies, managing cross-functional initiatives, and supporting the development of process SOPs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing weekly ordering and PO management activities, including revisions, tracking status, and calling out exceptions to stakeholders
  • Analyzing demand and forecast data to identify trends and outliers, and communicating findings to relevant teams
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of process SOPs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices, and building commitment for perspectives and rationales

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or 2 years' experience in business management, merchandising, Supply Chain in Retail, CPG, or similar industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to multiple audiences
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
