Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated IT Sales/Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our business. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and actively engage in lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to identify potential clients.
  • Initiate conversations and build relationships with prospects via phone and email.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with key stakeholders to discuss potential collaborations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline and progress toward lead generation goals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the sales team and organization.
Requirements:
  • 23 years of proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite at our office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
