Job Title: Business Development Executive - IT Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Enlighten Schola. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of IT services.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales strategies and conduct client research to identify potential leads.
  • Assist in sales meetings and product demonstrations showcasing our IT solutions to prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels including personal visits, cold calling, and field marketing activities.
  • Assess client needs and develop customized pricing plans to meet their specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales, specifically in selling IT services and solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on driving results.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.
