Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Enlighten Schola. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored IT solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progress towards targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the sales manager.
  • Fieldwork: The role will require fieldwork, including regular client meetings to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in outbound sales within the IT industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate IT solutions to non-technical clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge:
  • Understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and other relevant technologies.
  • Awareness of the latest industry trends and market dynamics.
