Job Title: IT Sales Manager/ Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Sales Manager/ Business Development Executive to join our team at Solvios Technology. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in IT sales or technology sales management, with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate sales projections and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales or technology sales management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or sales management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
