We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our ad sales team in the advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales for our advertising solutions, including ad films, corporate films, YouTube, and Instagram ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the advertising sector.
  • Promote and sell programmatic advertising solutions such as ad films, corporate films, YouTube, and Instagram ads.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at various levels.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and client data to drive informed decisions and strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Fresh to 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.
