Job Title: Assistant Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Nurture strong, long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies with internal teams.
- Track, analyze, and interpret performance data; prepare and present dashboards, reports, and insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and data insights.
- Maintain and update records using CRM tools and account management software.
- Ensure timely communication, project delivery, and reporting in alignment with client expectations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, client success, sales support, or business development (MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact confidently with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Comfort working with dashboards, reporting tools, and performance analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role.
- Exposure to SaaS, digital marketing, or B2B services.
- Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
