We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Assistant Account Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth.

Job Title: Assistant Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Nurture strong, long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies with internal teams.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret performance data; prepare and present dashboards, reports, and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and data insights.
  • Maintain and update records using CRM tools and account management software.
  • Ensure timely communication, project delivery, and reporting in alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, client success, sales support, or business development (MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact confidently with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Comfort working with dashboards, reporting tools, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role.
  • Exposure to SaaS, digital marketing, or B2B services.
  • Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
