Job Description:

The primary objective of the position is to lead and manage initiatives that foster engagement with potential students and business partners, driving sales growth. This role requires a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in industry-standard tools like ChatGpt and MS Office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying counseling seekers and coordinating meetings
  • Executing telesales strategies through Google Search
  • Managing sales and payment collections
  • Collecting details of potential study abroad students
  • Providing initial counseling services, including shortlisting universities and courses
  • Establishing relationships with foreign universities
  • Maintaining a diary of leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments
  • Coordinating office space and collaborating with the maintenance team
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA
  • 1-3 years of prior experience in business development and telesales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A focused and goal-oriented mindset
