
Global Business Development Specialist

The primary objective of the position is to lead and manage initiatives that foster engagement with potential students and business partners, driving sales growth. This role requires a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in industry-standard tools like ChatGpt and MS Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying counseling seekers and coordinating meetings
- Executing telesales strategies through Google Search
- Managing sales and payment collections
- Collecting details of potential study abroad students
- Providing initial counseling services, including shortlisting universities and courses
- Establishing relationships with foreign universities
- Maintaining a diary of leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments
- Coordinating office space and collaborating with the maintenance team
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA
- 1-3 years of prior experience in business development and telesales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- A focused and goal-oriented mindset
