About the RoleWe are seeking an Ecommerce Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts in the quick commerce sector.
The successful candidate will create and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth through quick commerce channels, including leading platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, and more.
You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality customer service.
This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills to lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and partnership terms with quick commerce platforms.
Additionally, you will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track account performance, sales trends, and customer satisfaction, providing insights for continuous improvement.
