Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team at Job Rabbits. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and filing sales-related documents, designing and renewing sales proposals, and updating internal databases with account information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Proposal Development: Design and renew sales proposals that meet client requirements and showcase our company's expertise.
  • Data Management: Update internal databases with accurate and up-to-date account information, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Coordination: Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the Account Management team, ensuring effective collaboration and follow-up.
  • Research: Conduct research on prospective clients to identify potential opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service, fostering a culture of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports of campaign results, providing actionable insights to inform future sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Work Experience: Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or any other similar role, demonstrating a track record of success in sales support and coordination.
  • Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with hands-on experience in CRM software.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Hands-on experience with marketing/advertising campaigns, including research, planning, and execution.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with a problem-solving attitude and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Educational Background: A B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
