Job Description

As a Business Development and Accounts Receivable Associate at A One Groupe Staffing Services, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all aspects of sales and billing, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Customer Accounts: Regularly update and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including balances and payment history.
  2. Process Invoices and Payments: Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
  3. Communicate with Customers: Effectively communicate with customers regarding their accounts, providing clear and concise information on outstanding balances and payment due dates.
  4. Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions, including payments, refunds, and adjustments.
  5. Prepare Financial Reports: Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
