Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Business Development Professional at Job Rabbits, you will be responsible for creating and executing business plans to achieve predetermined goals and quotas.

Key Activities:

  1. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  2. Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  3. Present products to prospective clients and provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
  4. Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs, respond to complaints and resolve issues to their satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation.
  5. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • A business acumen and enthusiasm.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
