Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our Business Development team at BizMerlinHR Inc. This role is focused on building strong customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and driving deal closures.

The ideal candidate will have natural sales instincts, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Articulating the value proposition of our product to potential clients in a consultative solutions-based sales approach
  • Conducting impeccable product demos and providing excellent customer support
  • Collaborating with the sales team to acquire new customers and grow revenue
  • Gathering product enhancement and feature requests, as well as competitive product information, to report to the Development team
  • Effectively communicating the company value proposition to C-level prospects and independently assessing prospect and customer needs and opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be knowledgeable about the ClayHR product, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
