Job Description for Account Executive

Create and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve predefined goals and sales targets.

End-to-end management of the sales process, from identifying and acquiring new clients to closing deals.

Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities through networking and relationship-building.

Present and showcase products to potential clients.

Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and meet their needs.

Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive company reputation.

Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and data.

Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role.

Knowledge of market research, sales principles, and negotiation techniques.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

A keen business acumen and passion for sales and customer service.

Relevant education: BCOM with Accounting skills, sales, or marketing.
