Job Title: Business Development

Location: Ludhiana

Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills, a strong sales background, and a deep understanding of the foundry industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Client Acquisition & Management: Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships to secure repeat orders.
  • Connect with existing clients for new purchasing requisitions and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Work with the procurement department to ensure a better bottom line of business for repeat cycle orders.
  • Negotiate profitable deals with clients and promote our products and services in the foundry industry.

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Hiring Process

  • Screening of applicants and telephonic discussion with HR.
  • F2F/Video discussion with Hiring Managers.
  • Final round interview with Directors.
