Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct sales operations
  • Maintaining professional relationships with merchants
  • Prospecting relevant merchants for the platform and understanding market objectives
  • Providing resolutions and ensuring systematic follow-up with client organizations to achieve time-bound closure
  • Setting up and delivering sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis
  • Handling escalation calls
  • Effective people management, including coaching and career development
  • Monitoring daily/weekly operations and providing timely reactions to different situations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, well-groomed, and pleasant personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
  • Good computer skills and technical savviness
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) and field coordination expertise
  • Competitiveness, confidence, and a focus on delivering the best for their respective organizations
  • A zeal to achieve daily targets

Academic Qualifications:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any stream
  • Minimum 60% marks in 12th or graduation

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales
  • Freshers are also eligible to apply
