Outreach Senior Associate

As a key member of our marketing team, the Outreach Senior Associate plays a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. This dynamic role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an experienced outreach professional to identify potential influencers across various social media platforms that align with our brand's target audience and values.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct outreach to potential influencers, introducing them to our brand and discussing potential collaboration opportunities.

  • Our team requires someone who can coordinate and manage the logistics of influencer collaborations, including content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables.

  • Using various analytics tools, the successful candidate will monitor and track the performance of influencer campaigns, analyzing key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
