Senior Executive - Influencer Marketing

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading influencer marketing campaigns, developing strategic partnerships with social media influencers, and managing the execution of content collaborations. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Outreach & Campaign Management:
    • Identify and onboard influencers who align with our brand values, ensuring high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Develop and execute influencer campaigns, focusing on campaign performance and ROI metrics.
  • Content Strategy & Execution:
    • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that meets our brand guidelines and is optimized for performance.
    • Work closely with the brand and product teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer activities with marketing objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing future campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of influencer marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate with agencies to execute campaigns effectively and efficiently.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the beauty/wellness industry.
    • Identify emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas that align with our brand goals.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools such as HypeAuditor, Qoruz, or similar platforms.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
    • Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
