Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 14 to 17 years of experience in managing civil and interior works execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring timely completion by a team of 20 engineers and supervisors.
  • Inspect and verify the quality of interior fit-out, finishes, FF&E, loose furniture, and compare them with drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor and report work progress to senior management and assist the Site team in coordinating with PMO for verification, validation, and certification of bills.
  • Evaluate compliance with approved design drawings, documents, contract technical specifications, and quality plans as per brand standards.
  • Regularly review work progress, manpower requirement, and allocate work fronts.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 14 to 17 years of experience as a Project and Construction Manager in civil and interior works execution.
  • A strong working knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT is essential.
  • Effective leadership skills with experience in managing a team size of 20 nos of Engineers & Supervisors.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with vendors, sub-contractors, and team members.
  • The ability to analyze data and identify trends, with strong problem-solving skills.
