Job Role: Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven individual to join our Admissions Team as an Outreach Coordinator. This role involves building strong relationships with undergraduate colleges, representing the organization at college fairs and events, conducting information sessions for students, and generating leads for our Postgraduate Degree in Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with undergraduate colleges, promoting the organization's PGDM program and nurturing leads.
  • Event Representation: Represent the organization at college fairs, seminars, workshops, and outreach events, highlighting the benefits of our Postgraduate Degree in Management.
  • Career Guidance: Conduct information sessions and career guidance talks for undergraduate students, providing them with valuable insights into their future careers.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads by promoting the organization's PGDM program to undergraduate students, ensuring smooth lead conversions through coordination with the central admissions team.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain a database of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes, providing valuable insights for future strategy development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in education sales, admissions, or student outreach.
  • Network: Established relationships with undergraduate colleges, with a proven track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
  • Languages: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local languages.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Management/Marketing/Education), with a passion for student engagement and academic outreach.
