We are seeking an experienced Education Outreach Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in education outreach, admissions, or B2B school/student recruitment, with a well-established network of local agents, school admission counsellors, and recruitment agencies across various regions.

Key responsibilities include leading outreach initiatives, building networks with school recruitment agencies, admission agents, principals & counsellors, establishing long-term partnerships for sustained student enrolments, driving high-volume student enrolments using established contacts, onboarding & managing local agents, consultancies, and school partners, ensuring retention & engagement of partners through consistent follow-ups, representing the agency at education events, seminars & regional meetings, tracking & monitoring outreach performance using KPIs, and sharing data-backed insights with leadership to improve enrolment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead outreach initiatives across various regions
  • Build networks with school recruitment agencies, admission agents, principals & counsellors
  • Establish long-term partnerships for sustained student enrolments
  • Drive high-volume student enrolments using established contacts
  • Onboard & manage local agents, consultancies, and school partners

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, or B2B school/student recruitment
  • Well-established network with local agents, school admission counsellors, and recruitment agencies in various regions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated success in achieving student enrolment and partnership targets
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing fieldwork effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field
