Job Overview

  • Develop capital-raising strategies across equity, debt, and hybrid instruments for ongoing and upcoming ventures.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs globally.
  • Represent our organization at investor meetings, fundraising roadshows, and industry events.
  • Oversee the creation of investor materials, deliver presentations, and manage due diligence processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine investment strategies and contribute to thought leadership.

The Ideal Candidate

A successful Investor Relations professional should have:

  • 12-15 years of experience with qualifications like CA or a degree in Finance.
  • A strong network and strategic relationships in the fundraising and investment ecosystem.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and sound judgment capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
