Job Title: Investor Engagement Manager
We are seeking an experienced Investor Engagement Manager to anchor our engagement with investors, drive deal closures, and build long-term investor relationships through our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Onboarding: Identify, reach out, and onboard angel investors, VCs, family offices, and HNIs to participate in our platform.
- Deal Structuring & Closures: Work closely with investors and startups to negotiate terms and close successful funding deals.
- Relationship Management: Build trust with investors to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term engagement.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of Investor Relations Specialists to scale outreach and deal execution.
- Strategic Inputs: Collaborate with the leadership team to refine investor participation policies and fundraising frameworks.
- Representation: Represent our company in investor forums, roadshows, and ecosystem events.
Desired Profile:
- Location: Chennai (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in angel investing, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close deals, raise funds, and manage investor relationships.
- Preferred: Prior Investment Banking experience.
- Skills: Strong network in the startup & investment ecosystem, expertise in deal structuring, leadership ability, negotiation, and relationship-building.
