Job Description:

">We are seeking an Investor Relations expert to lead our engagement with investors, drive deal closures, and build long-term relationships through the Startup Singam platform.">

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Onboard angel investors, VCs, family offices, and HNIs to participate in Startup Singam">
  • Facilitate investments happening through televised episodes and on-air jury commitments">
  • Drive and track investments happening off the show but enabled by Startup Singam introductions, networking, and credibility">
  • Negotiate terms and stitch together successful funding deals with investors and startups">
  • Enable co-investments, syndicates, and strategic participation across different stages">
  • Lead a small team of Investor Relations Specialists to scale outreach and deal execution">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in angel investing, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking">
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals, raise funds, and manage investor relationships">
  • Prior Investment Banking (IB) experience preferred">
  • Strong network in the startup & investment ecosystem, expertise in deal structuring, leadership ability, negotiation, and relationship-building">
