The company is a well-established financial services organization that specializes in investments and operates as an incubator for early-stage start-ups in the financial sector.

Job Description

Lead capital-raising initiatives across equity, debt, and hybrid instruments for ongoing and upcoming ventures.Build and manage long-term relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs globally.Represent the organization at investor meetings, fundraising roadshows, and industry events.Oversee the creation of investor materials, deliver presentations, and manage end-to-end due diligence processes.Collaborate with senior leadership to refine the investment thesis and contribute to strategic thought leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Investor Relations should have:

12-15 years of experience with professional qualifications like CA or a relevant degree in FinanceStrong network and strategic relationships in the fundraising and investment ecosystem.Proven analytical, problem-solving, and sound judgment capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
