Repco Home Finance Limited (RHFL) established in the year 2000, a housing finance company (HFCs),
registered with National Housing Bank and regulated by Reserve Bank of India is inviting applications
for RECRUITMENT OF MANAGER FOR THE POST OF INVESTOR RELATIONS.

Position: MANAGER
Location: Corporate Office Chennai
Profile: The Investor Relations (IR) Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the Company,
its investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. This role is responsible for effectively
communicating the Companys financial performance, strategic direction, and growth story to the
investment community, while ensuring timely, transparent, and compliant disclosures. The ideal
candidate will combine strong financial acumen with exceptional communication skills to build and
maintain investor confidence and enhance the Company market reputation.
For Managers:
1. Bachelors degree in finance or economics or business administration or related field from a
UGC recognized university. Post-graduation in Finance/ professional qualification e.g., CA,
CMA, CFA, MBA (Finance), MFC etc will be a added advantage.
2. Age not exceeding 35 years as on relaxation generally up to 45 years of age can
be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience for deserving cases based
on Management discretion).
3. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (experience in Corporate Finance/Fund Raising/
Treasury and related areas) (for age not exceeding 35 years) in HFCs/ NBFCs/Banks/ Financial
Institutions. For further age relaxation, commensurate additional experience would be
required.
4. Fluency in English and working knowledge of Hindi is desirable
5. Candidates should be proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
6. Early joiners (within 30 days) will be given preference.
7. For recruitment in all cadres, external candidates applying, having pending disciplinary action
against them at the time of applying for the position or having been punished under
disciplinary proceedings in last 5 years will not be considered eligible. All appointments are
subject to satisfactory reference / background verification.

Job Description:
Coordinate and schedule meetings between senior management and investors or analysts.
Organize and manage investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings to
promote the Companys investment proposition.
Respond to investor and analyst queries with accurate and timely information.
Monitor and analyze the Companys shareholding pattern, identifying trends and changes in
investor composition.
Track daily share price movements, trading volumes, and market sentiment, highlighting
significant changes to senior management.
Assess macroeconomic, industry, and regulatory developments that may impact the
Companys share price and investor perception.
Prepare high-quality investor presentations, fact sheets, and briefing materials for quarterly
and annual results.
Arrange and manage quarterly earnings calls, including agenda preparation, script drafting,
Q&A readiness, and post-call follow-up.
Ensure all investor communications comply with stock exchange regulations and corporate
disclosure requirements.
Communicate the Companys growth plans and strategy in a compelling and consistent
manner.
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with investors, analysts, and other market
participants.
Gather and relay investor feedback to senior management to inform strategic and
operational decisions.
Understanding of capital markets, financial statements, and valuation methodologies.
Proficiency in market analysis, and investor communication tools.
Key Competencies Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial
concepts.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and
external stakeholders.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Pay & Perquisites: Based on Current CTC + Attractive incentives.
PROBATION: 1 year
