Role Description
This is a part-time / freelancer role for a Corporate Relationship Specialist. The Corporate Relationship Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, assisting with customer service, conducting training sessions, analyzing financial data, and communicating effectively with team members and clients. This is an on-site role, located in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Finance skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Training and mentoring others
- Ability to work independently
- Problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus
Key Responsibilties:
As a Corporate Relationship Specialist, you will be the bridge between IBA EDU and colleges across your region.
Your main responsibilities include:
1.College Outreach & Presentations
- Fix appointments with
college placement cells
or
administration departments
. - Conduct presentations about
IBA EDU's Mastering Courses
to students. - Promote direct student enrollments through campus or online sessions.
2.Career Advisor Recruitment
- Identify and recruit
Career Advisors
(students, freelancers, or local influencers). - Guide and motivate them to refer students to IBA EDU's Mastering Courses.
- Support and manage the advisors under your network to help them earn commission-based incentives.
