**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Contract Associate** to join our Investor Relations & Strategic Initiatives team for a 6-month period. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic projects, investor engagement, and cross-functional coordination at a cutting-edge aerospace startup.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Investor Relations team in executing fundraising activities, market research, and strategic initiatives.- Conduct in-depth research on potential investors, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.- Track action items, manage project timelines, and ensure timely follow-ups across multiple workstreams.- Collaborate closely with senior leadership (EVP of Investor Relations and Chief of Staff) on investor communications and stakeholder engagement.- Assist in preparing and reviewing materials such as investor presentations, reports, and communications to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Chief of Staff, including meeting logistics, documentation, and task tracking.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.- Strong academic background with demonstrated initiative and ownership.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- ** Research & Analysis**: Strong ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize data into meaningful insights.**Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at crafting professional documents and summaries.**Project Management**: Highly organized, dependable, and able to drive tasks to closure with mínimal supervision.**Tech Proficiency**: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or similar tools is a plus.
