**Job description**

**Job Title: Non-Voice Process Associate**

As a Non-Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling various tasks that do not involve direct verbal communication. Your primary duties may include:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, or other software systems.
- **Chat Support**: Assisting customers through online chat platforms, addressing queries, and providing solutions.
- **Document Processing**: Reviewing, sorting, and organizing documents or files electronically.
- **Content Moderation**: Monitoring user-generated content on websites or social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.
- **Order Processing**: Handling orders, processing transactions, and coordinating shipments or deliveries.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Performing various administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and generating reports.
- **Research**: Conducting online research to gather information or data as required by the job.
- **Quality Assurance**: Checking the accuracy and completeness of processed data or documents to maintain quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identifying and resolving issues or discrepancies in processes or systems.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in a similar role may be preferred but not always required.
