About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented  Contract Associate  to join our Investor Relations & Strategic Initiatives team for a 6-month period. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic projects, investor engagement, and cross-functional coordination at a cutting-edge aerospace startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Investor Relations team in executing fundraising activities, market research, and strategic initiatives.

  • Conduct in-depth research on potential investors, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.

  • Track action items, manage project timelines, and ensure timely follow-ups across multiple workstreams.

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership (EVP of Investor Relations and Chief of Staff) on investor communications and stakeholder engagement.

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing materials such as investor presentations, reports, and communications to ensure clarity and consistency.

  • Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Chief of Staff, including meeting logistics, documentation, and task tracking.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong academic background with demonstrated initiative and ownership.

  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Research & Analysis:  Strong ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize data into meaningful insights.

  • Communication:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at crafting professional documents and summaries.

  • Project Management:  Highly organized, dependable, and able to drive tasks to closure with minimal supervision.

  • Tech Proficiency:  Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Professionalism:  Confident in handling confidential information and interfacing with senior stakeholders.
