About this role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Operations Lead to join our team. As the founder's right hand, you will be responsible for managing operations, projects, and people while ensuring the founder's time is spent on high-leverage priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, or a similar role. You should have a strong background in tech, AI, marketing, or product management, as well as exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.

As a Strategic Operations Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, test, and optimize campaigns. You will also assist in ideation, prototyping, and execution of new product launches, conduct deep research on markets, competitors, and emerging opportunities, and liaise with investors, partners, lawyers, agencies, and other key stakeholders.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills for handling calendars, travel, and stakeholder coordination, and a hunger to grow into a leadership role.
