Trade Service Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Trade Operations team. The successful candidate will strategically manage trade transaction workflows, develop operational policies, and drive continuous improvement in global trade processes to optimize efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage teams to execute in adherence to service levels and efficiency accuracy standards to deliver against key performance indicators.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Trade Finance Operations objectives.
  • Coach and guide teams to identify areas for improvement and contribute to actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Extensive prior experience in Trade Finance Operations within a banking or financial institution.
  • Relevant trade certification such as Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists (CDCS), Certificate for Specialists in Demand Guarantees (CSDG), or Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF).
  • Anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions training with yearly certification.
