Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Delivery Lead to spearhead our Managed Services function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment of staffing operations with business priorities and growth objectives.

Your primary focus will be on serving as the strategic lead for our global delivery teams, driving seamless coordination between global resources and onshore stakeholders while maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence and service excellence.

You will be expected to build strong relationships with our Practice Groups, Operating Groups, and People & Culture teams, leading governance meetings and ensuring transparency through structured reporting and communication.

In this role, you will also own program-level financials, including budgeting and forecasting, and drive efficiencies and enable service growth through renewals and scope expansions.

Leveraging your technology expertise, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement, delivering value to our organization.

Collaboration with our Talent Acquisition, People Experience, and Resource Management Teams will be crucial in ensuring alignment between hiring plans, onboarding, and staffing strategies.

Workforce planning and forecasting efforts will also require your input, working closely with Finance and Business Operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in staffing/resource management, workforce planning, or a related operational leadership role, preferably in a consulting, professional services, or global delivery environment.
  • Proven ability to lead a staffing function, including managing budgets, performance metrics, and global resource pools.
  • Strong understanding of project-based resourcing, utilization strategies, and cost optimization models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in creating dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
