We are seeking an accomplished recruitment professional to lead our delivery team in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of recruiters focused on sourcing candidates for APAC IT contract roles.
  • Deliver personal placements while managing team performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
  • Establish diversity of IT professionals across various technologies, including SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates through phone and email communications.
  • Partner with sales teams to align delivery with client demands.
  • Ensure timely utilization of K2K and Salesforce systems.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, preferably in IT contract staffing, with proven APAC sourcing exposure.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, including performance management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to coach and lead in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves establishing and managing our delivery team in India, responsible for managing two recruiters, directly sourcing candidates for Singapore, Malaysia, and South East Asia, and overseeing performance management and coaching the team.
