Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the delivery team to ensure timely project completion.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to healthcare management systems.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare management services, preferably in a CRM/IT enabled services/BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with service management tools and technologies is an added advantage.
