Job Title: Delivery Operations Lead

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced delivery operations lead to oversee the quality and efficiency of our revenue cycle management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of quality managers to ensure that coding outputs meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of quality managers to achieve quality outcomes and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement a predictable quality model to ensure consistent results.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve quality concerns.
  • Analyze data to inform quality improvement initiatives and measure progress.
  • Develop and maintain effective quality sampling processes and governance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in managing multispecialty coding in RCM/US healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines, NCCI edits, and OPPS.
  • Currently holds and maintains at least one role-related certification (CCS or CIC).
  • Experience in professional and facility coding.
