Job Summary

25 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a senior IT leadership role preferably in the retail and consumer goods industry. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

Responsible for designing and executing the strategy for Retail and Consumer Industry Solutions practice and delivering industry leading growth.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers partners and industry leaders and ensure Cognizant is seen as leader in Retail and Consumer industry solutions and services.

Plan and execute the P and L goals of the practice in close collaboration with MDU SL teams. Responsible for delivery excellence Delivery KPIs and building solution offerings.

Responsible for delivering customer commitments and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Envision long term strategy for the practice and develop specific strategies around new service offerings product development capability development geography expansion partner development etc. Building non linear and micro asset models for BU.

Lead coach and develop the team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing IT strategies large digital transformation roadmaps and budgets that align with business goals and objectives.

Delivery excellence proactive and results driven and collaborative mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities and demands.

Strong leadership management and coaching skills with the ability to inspire motivate and develop a high performing team.
