**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven sales professional – Hospitality to join our dynamic sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the hospitality industry, a deep understanding of hospitality business needs, and a proven ability to generate and close sales leads.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering customized solutions to hospitality clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, resorts, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including General Managers, Owners, and Procurement Heads.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to each client's business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to represent Brego Business and generate leads.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on customer requirements, market trends, and product/service enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or B2B service sector.
  • Strong network and understanding of the hospitality ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Williness to travel as required.
